Quinoa Falafel Recipe

Ingredients

200g/300g cooked quinoa

1 garlic clove

1 egg

2 tbsp fresh mint or parsley

1 lemon zest

1 goat or feta cheese

Salt & black pepper

Prep & Baking Guidance

  1. Chop all the ingredients finely
  2. Cut or grate cheese
  3. Combine all the ingredients and make the patties. Use more flour is the consistency is too wet
  4. Chill the patties for at least 30 minutes on the fridge
  5. Heat oil and fry the falafel patties until golden & crispy
  6. Serve with sweet chilli sauce or tahini yogurt sauce
