If you like Mango’s this Mango Mouse no bake dessert is a one for you, easy and quick to make.
Living in Taiwan was great if you liked tropical fruit like mango and pineapple. The local mangoes were very sweet and delicious and it was even common to have a mango tree in the garden. In the first house we lived in there- we had one in the front garden.
Unfortunately we never got to taste them, as we would go back home to the UK at the beginning of summer for our annual leave returning five weeks later expecting to pick some delicious ripe mangos.
Instead we would come back to an empty tree! We discovered later that our cheeky and slightly crazy neighbour down the street had been pinching them while we were away!Pauline Watson – A Nutty Tart’s Dessert Collection >>
