How To Make This Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

Biscuit Crust:
225g biscuits, crushed
75g butter, melted
2 tbsp caster sugar

Filling:
1 1/2 (225g) Philadelphia cheese
1/2 pack strawberry gelatine
1 tbsp lemon juice

Topping:
1/2 jar strawberry jam
1 small pot whip cream
2 tbsp caster sugar
3-4 fresh strawberries

Prep & Cooking Guidance

  1. First made the biscuits crust. On a loose bottom cake tin combine crushed biscuits, melted butter and caster sugar; press the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Put in the fridge
  2. Dissolve jelly in 1/4 pint (118 ml) of boiling water. Chill in the fridge until is almost set
  3. Cream Philadelphia cheese with sugar and lemon juice. After gradually beat in the set jelly
  4. Take the cake pan out of the fridge and pour over the cheese and jelly mixture. Bring back to fridge to chill for 30 minutes to up to 1 hour. After spread the strawberry jam on top
  5. Whip the cream with sugar until medium to stiff peak form
  6. Slice the strawberries
  7. Spoon the smooth whipped cream on top of the cream cheese-jam and with a help of a fork spread it all well
  8. Decorate with the fresh strawberries slices and sprinkle the choc chips. Keep in the fridge until ready to eat
  9. With the help of a knife or spatula run it around edges of the cake tin to loose it from the sides of the pan
  10. Cut and serve. Keep the remaining in the fridge until finished. Enjoy!
